We are confident in the quality of our products but understand that issues may occasionally arise during the shopping process. If you are dissatisfied with the items you receive, or if the products have quality defects or do not match their descriptions, you may submit a return request within 30 days of receipt.
Returned items must be unused and include the original packaging, all accessories, and any accompanying manuals in good condition. For small furniture items, assembly or signs of disassembly/reassembly may affect the return approval process. To request a return, please contact us via the methods listed on our website, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Once confirmed, we will provide instructions on the return process and the return address. Please pack the returned items securely; damage caused by improper packaging during transit may affect your refund.
Upon receipt and inspection of the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment account within three days. Should special circumstances require an alternative refund method, we will consult with you in advance.
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases: the item has been used or damaged by the user; the original packaging is severely damaged or missing; the 30-day return period has expired; or there is normal wear and tear resulting from standard use. We reserve the right to review and determine the eligibility of return requests and will contact you directly should any questions arise.
